Once this Agreement is published on the GeSmart Fusion platform, it will effectively replace the original user agreement. Users can log in to this website at any time to view the latest user agreement. If the user does not agree with the content of the modification of this Agreement, the user can actively cancel the use of network services. If the user continues to enjoy the network services provided by GeSmart Fusion Network, it is deemed that the user accepts the modification of the user agreement by GeSmart Fusion Network.

I. Terms of Service

This Agreement is an agreement between the user and GeSmart Fusion Network on the network services provided by GeSmart Fusion Network (including the relevant rights and obligations of both parties). Before becoming a user of GeSmart Fusion Network, please read all the contents of this Service Agreement in detail. When you click the Agree button and enter the GeSmart Fusion platform, you will be deemed to agree and accept all the regulations of this Agreement and be bound by it.
You must carefully read and fully accept this Service Agreement when using the services provided by GeSmart Fusion Network. If you do not agree to this Service Agreement and/or modify it at any time, you cannot use the service.

II. User Obligations

1. When using the services provided by GeSmart Fusion, you must comply with the relevant laws, regulations and administrative rules and regulations of the country.
2. Unless otherwise agreed between you and GeSmart Fusion, you agree that this service is for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not copy, copy, sell, or use this service for investigation, advertising, or other commercial purposes on any part of this service or the use or acquisition of this service, unless GeSmart Fusion has other applicable guidelines or rules for specific services.
3. You may not send any information that disrupts public order or contains illegal, false, harassing, insulting, threatening, harmful, destructive, provocative, obscene, pornographic, etc.
4. Users are obliged to properly keep and use the account and password obtained when registering for GeSmart Fusion services, and are responsible for a series of actions or activities initiated after logging into the system with this account and password.
5. If a user finds that his account or password is illegally used or used abnormally by others, he should immediately notify GeSmart Fusion and submit relevant proof that the account belongs to him in order to apply for suspension of the account. GeSmart Fusion will not be liable for user losses caused by hacker attacks, computer viruses, government regulations, etc. that are not the fault of GeSmart Fusion. GeSmart Fusion is obliged to assist in inquiries.
6. Users should ensure that all information such as name, contact information, etc. provided at the time of registration and when submitting an order is true, complete and accurate, and update the information provided to GeSmart Fusion in a timely manner when the above information changes.
7. Users shall not interfere with the normal operation of GeSmart Fusion Network or other users' use of GeSmart Fusion Network services by any technical means or other means.
8. Users shall not maliciously defame the reputation of GeSmart Fusion Network or merchants by fabricating facts.
9. Users shall not make false evaluations or false complaints about goods/services.

III. User Registration

1. The user has full civil rights and capacity for conduct, or although he does not have full civil rights and capacity for conduct, he has registered and applied GeSmart Fusion Network services with the consent of his legal representative and his legal representative.
2. The user's user registration is not for the purpose of violating laws and regulations or disrupting the order of group purchase transactions on the US GeSmart Fusion network.
3. The user agrees to provide a valid email address and other information according to the requirements of the GeSmart Fusion user registration page, set up a GeSmart Fusion account and password, and the user shall ensure the authenticity, completeness and accuracy of all the information provided.
4. When the user obtains the GeSmart Fusion account and password, the user is deemed to have successfully registered, and the user agrees to receive emails and/or short messages sent by GeSmart Fusion related to the management and operation of the GeSmart Fusion website.

IV. Special Statement

Transactions between users and merchants that are not conducted through the GeSmart Fusion network do not belong to GeSmart Fusion network transactions. GeSmart Fusion network does not assume any responsibility for transactions that do not belong to GeSmart Fusion network transactions. Users shall not complain to GeSmart Fusion network or require GeSmart Fusion network to bear any responsibility for any disputes arising from such transactions between them and merchants. The situations that are not GeSmart Fusion transactions specifically include: the user did not place an order with the merchant on GeSmart Fusion; the user placed an order with the merchant on GeSmart Fusion, but did not pay the merchant directly through GeSmart Fusion
Regardless of the circumstances, GeSmart Fusion will not be responsible for the failure or delay of service due to information network equipment maintenance, information network connection failure, computer, communication or other system failure, power failure, strike, labor dispute, riot, uprising, unrest, insufficient productivity or production materials, fire, flood, storm, explosion, war, government action, judicial administrative agency order, other force majeure or third party inaction.

V. Service Change, Interruption and Termination

1. Due to the requirements of relevant government agencies.
2. GeSmart Fusion is unable to provide online network services due to force majeure.
3. Perform necessary maintenance and construction on the network equipment of GeSmart Fusion Network, and when sudden network equipment failure occurs.
4. Users violate the provisions of this service agreement.
5. Users should understand and agree that the network services provided by GeSmart Fusion Network may be interrupted, temporarily unavailable, or delayed in whole or in part due to the failure or malfunction of the network system hardware and software equipment of the company itself, other cooperative manufacturers or related telecommunications operators, or due to the negligence of human operation of the partners and related telecommunications staff, or due to others invading the GeSmart Fusion network system to tamper with or forge data, etc., resulting in the suspension or interruption of services or the loss of user files. Users shall not require GeSmart Fusion Network to provide any compensation or compensation.

VI. Modification of Terms of Service

Due to the constant changes in users and market conditions, GeSmart Fusion reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When modifying this Agreement, GeSmart Fusion will publish the modification on the relevant pages of the website. Once published, it will be deemed as a notification. GeSmart Fusion will not notify users individually. If the user disagrees with the modified content, he/she may stop using the network services of GeSmart Fusion. If the user continues to use the network services of GeSmart Fusion, it will be deemed that the user has accepted the revised content of GeSmart Fusion.
